All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — which are sensitive wellness compounds requiring temperature control and handling — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products are temperature sensitive and cannot be resold once they leave our facility

We cannot verify proper storage or handling once a product has been delivered

This policy exists to protect the integrity of every customer's order

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We absolutely stand behind our quality. If you receive:

A damaged product upon arrival

An incorrect item in your order

A missing item from your package

A clear photo of the issue

Your full name and shipping address

Shipping Issues

We use Shippo to track all orders and provide tracking information upon fulfillment

Fueled by Science Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered but reported missing — please contact your local carrier directly

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer a reshipping fee will apply

Discretion & Privacy

All orders are shipped discreetly with no identifying product information on the outside packaging
