Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled

We currently ship domestically within the United States only
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days after fulfillment
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee
Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays
Tracking Your Order
All orders are tracked through our shipping system and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
You can use your tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website
If your tracking information has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your tracking number please contact us

Orders over $300 may qualify for free standard shipping
Expedited shipping rates will vary based on location and package size

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no identifying product information on the outside
Your privacy is our top priority and your order will arrive discreetly every single time
Temperature Sensitive Products
Our wellness products are temperature sensitive and require proper handling upon arrival
We take every precaution to package your order safely for transit however we strongly recommend being available to receive your package promptly
Once delivered please refrigerate your products immediately
Fueled by Science Co. is not responsible for product integrity if the package sits unattended for an extended period after delivery
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order
Fueled by Science Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If you need to update your address please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order as changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins
Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be subject to a reshipping fee
Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
Fueled by Science Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it please:
Check with neighbors or household members
Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number
Wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely
If the issue remains unresolved after these steps please contact us and we will do our best to assist you
